Good times at Couleur Café yesterday! Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings were incredible (talk about “in the pocket”, damn! Seriously one of the best live bands I ever saw…), NAS really delivered, and Erykah Badu – although slightly disappointing – showed up with Thundercat on bass!

I think the Dap Kings have officially surpassed The Roots as my favorite live band… 🙂
