Spending the weekend in the studio with Nephilim & Instant Groove Collective, trying to piece some acoustic songs together.
I’m gonna take part in some of those Stones Throw weekly beat battles, just to get warmed up a bit.
Sound Design assignments for Rockox-huis
These are the new assignments our Sound Design group did for the Rockox-huis museum in Antwerp.
The Follys were designed as a soundtrack to the garden of the house and created around the theme ‘The 4 Elements’.
The remaining pieces were each composed to one particular painting, and will be playing through headphones next to it. The exhibition lasts until October.

Working at Galaxy Studios for a few weeks – always nice!
From tomorrow on I’ll be working at Galaxy Studios in Mol (Belgium) for a while. I’m replacing assistant engineer Jan Castelein, who is getting married (congratulations!) and taking a well-deserved break from work for a few weeks. I’ll be staying at the studio and taking care of all the ‘standard’ audio assistant chores. It should be a lot of fun, I always love being here, almost feels like a second home to me!
